S230 Crew Boss: This is a classroom course designed to produce student proficiency in the performance of duties associated with the single resource boss position from initial dispatch through demobilization to the home unit.
* Topics include: operational leadership, preperation and mobilization, assignment preperation, risk management, entrapment avoidance, safety and tactics, offline duties, demobilization, and post incident responsibilities.
S231 Engine Boss: This is a skill course designed to produce student proficiency in the performance of the duties associated with engine boss, single resource (ENGB).
* Topics include: engine and crew capabilities and limitations, information sources, fire sizeup considerations, tactics, and wildland/urban interface.

*S-290 Intermediate Wildland Fire
Behavior: Course designed to prepare the prospective fireline
supervisor to undertake safe and effective fire managment
operations. It is the second course in a series which
collectively serves to develop fire behavior prediction knowledge
and skills.
*IS200: Course is designed to enable
personnel to operate efficiendtly during an incident or event within
the Incident Command System (ICS). ICS-200 provides training
on and resources for personnel who are likely to assume a
supervisory position within the ICS.

ICS and it's ICS course collaboratively with:

Note: IS-200.b is
an updated version of the IS-200 course. If you have
successfully completed IS-200 or IS-200a, you may want to review the
new version of the course. For credentialing purposes, the
courses are equivalent.
